Available Positions: Call Center Agents and Sales Advisors

Location: Office Based in Paphos

Employment Type: Part-Time (24 or 30 Hours) and Full-Time Positions Available

Benefits: €7.69 per Hour or Full-Time Salary €16,000pa plus uncapped OTE (€22-28k)

What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products/services that meet their requirements.
Collaborate with team members to drive sales and improve the customer journey.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, promotions, and policies.

What We’re Looking For:
Ability to communicate in the English language (written and verbal).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential—we provide full training!
Must be eligible to work in Cyprus.
