Social Media Assistant Manager

Your duties will include monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, managing our social media calendar, creating visually appealing and impactful content, and collaborating with our team to coordinate photo shoots.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and nurture customer relationships. You will schedule posts in advance to ensure consistent and timely content delivery, and utilize photo editing software to enhance visual elements. Experience with platforms such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is highly desirable.

Creating captivating content that resonates with our target audience is pivotal. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team, ensure that the company's message and tone are accurately represented, and strategically plan content that drives engagement. A creative mindset, coupled with a strong understanding of social media trends and analytics, will be key.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating the process and script with our photographer. This will involve managing shoot logistics, organizing props and equipment, and working collaboratively to capture visually stunning imagery that aligns with our brand's identity.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday - 9.30/18.30 1h lunch break
However, flexibility is required because it may happen that some customers have to be answered even after 6.30 pm.

The basic salary starts from 1000 euros to 1500 euros net, 1 week of unpaid trial but only if the candidate is suitable, it will be paid in the first month of salary.
The contract will be stipulated for a 6-month trial period.
The candidate must speak good English and be well presented, clean and tidy.
The workplace will be at our premises in Paphos.
