Dr. Stelios Kakoyiannis

Doctor Stelios Kakoyiannis studied and graduated from the Aristotle University Medical School in Thessaloniki: 1979-1985. After he continued his education at the University of Wits, Johannesburg and at the Baragwanath Hospital in South Africa he specialised in general surgery in 1990. Doctor Stelios trained in pathology for 6 months and had an internship in surgery for 6 months.

Senior officer at Wits Medical School, with rotations in urology, pediatric surgery, thoracic surgery and orthopaedics.
Residency in general surgery in Johannesburg, from 1987 to 1991, as a medical officer.
Since 1992 Doctor Stelios Kakoyiannis has private practice as a general surgeon in Pafos and provides services at the Evangelismos Private Hospital in Pafos, Cyprus. He is a Member of the Cyprus and South African Surgical Society.
