About 50 years ago, our family business was established in the Paphos area by our father, Iacovos Hadjivasili. Initially, our main focus was supplying the local construction industry with sand and gravel from a nearby quarry.

Around 30 years ago, my brothers and I took over the business and immediately embarked on a journey of expansion and growth.

We decided to rename the business as "HADJIVASILI BROS CO LTD" and made significant improvements in all aspects of our operations. We built a new warehouse, started importing high-quality materials, and expanded our customer base as our reputation flourished.

In 1990, drawing upon our extensive industry experience and knowledge, we made a strategic decision to enter the construction industry. Since then, we have become renowned as one of the best development companies, offering a personal touch and exceptional care to our customers. We take great pride in our reputation as "QUALITY & RELIABLE DEVELOPERS" and have earned the trust of buyers in the market. Notably, we are one of the few developers who construct projects using our own financial resources, without relying on bank finance. This financial strength has allowed us to successfully issue Title Deeds for 95% of our properties. Buyers have confidence and security when purchasing a property from us.

To date, we have successfully built and delivered over 1000 units. Our expertise, efficient processes, and professional approach enable us to cater to the needs of all buyers, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to luxurious villas, all offered at competitive prices. As a family business, two of the four brothers oversee our administration and sales, while the other two, George and Kyriakos, are involved in supervising all construction projects.
