Our story begins with Charis Hadjimitsis, the visionary founder and managing director of Olias Homes. With his extensive knowledge of the Cyprus property market and his background as a qualified civil engineer, he set out to redefine the construction industry. His goal was to pioneer the development of ultra-high quality properties with cutting-edge design that stood the test of time.

In 2002, we our first construction and development company and quickly earned a Class A construction license. We successfully completed various commercial projects, including government buildings, hotels, supermarket chains, and even a McDonald's in Cyprus. As our expertise grew, we ventured into creating our own unique developments, earning a strong reputation for delivering exceptional properties across the island.
